Hello Mam, I think its an ulcer and you need to apply hexigel before food n betadine gargles twice daily. And take one multivitamine Drink lot of water and eat lot of fruits ,the ulcer will subside slowly. Regards Dr Shilpa khera Lilly white dental clinic
