My diastolic pressure is low ...plz suggest me some natural ways jow can i make it normal by diet ...

How much low it is, if this diastolic pressure is low persistantantly or not? What is your occupation? Is there any symptoms like dehydration,  fatigue ,  dull mascular ache , low grade feve? After proper history taking & diagnosis we ca know  whether with it will be ok or not?

Take lemon juice with pinch of saindhava lavana two to three times daily . Have Ashwagandha powder one teaspoon twice daily with milk. Increase liquid intake like buttermilk.,tender coconut water, fruit juice etc.
