Hi, doctor. My lower part of breasts feels tender since the last few years. Can feel the pain when I apply a bit pressure. Why is it so? Do I have to consult a gynaec for this?

Do a breast self examination for any tender spots or nodules. Take ultrasound bilateral breast and axilla

Take Capsule Primosa 1000 mg at bedtime once every night with a glass of water for 3 months
Health Tips
Take 3.5 litres of water daily Take a boiled egg daily Cholecalciferol sachet 60 K twice a week for six weeks and weekly thereafter for life
