Lower body weight

My upper body is very slim normal and waist is 28... Al good but my lower body from thigh to calf is very fat like some one XXL person don't knw y I'm healthy person. I hv done my thyroid chek no medication nothing what should i do? It wil reduce doing gym or zumba and some says it might b muscles not fats.. How do i come to know??????? To whom i should for this??

Go for  body check up,lipid profile ,LFT, KFT, vit D ,vit B12, HbA1C and share your reports. Do 50 mnts of running,or brisk walk daily for the time and after getting reports I will guide you accordingly Eat low fat high fibre low sugar diet. Keep proper hydration.
