LOWER BACK PAIN

With history of mild disc bulge 3 months ago I have started working out with mild weights last week after getting recovered but started paining in lower back again what should I do ???

You need to do some conditioning and strengthening of your back with a physiotherapist before getting back into weight training. Consult your orthopaedic surgeon for a reassessment before going to a physiotherapist.
