Sir, I'm having lower back pain and paining while getting up or sitting on chair. 2 days back when I woke up in the morning and after coming from the washroom this pain started. Please advise.

Try some rest , painkillers and spinal core strengthening exercises with physiotherapy before meeting doctors . Don't bend forward and lift weights
