Lower back pain radiating to right leg

I have been facing extreme lower back for last 3 weeks which causes a tingling sensation in my right leg. I did an mri scan which shows slight bulge in L4L5 vertebrae. I have completed 10 days of Physiotherapy and have been taking Gabapin for over 2 weeks now. The pain has reduced as I was on complete bed rest for almost 2 weeks. Since the time I have resumed work, I feel the pain again. And this could be because of sitting. Although I make it a point to stand and stretch every hour. I'm still facing discomfort and sitting and walking. What should I do? I have stopped exercising completely.

Clinically radiculopathy is present. Only medicine may not be enough. Transforaminal injection can help best.
Next Steps
consult Interventional pain specialist.
Health Tips
don't lift weights on bending forward, do muscle strengthening exercises.
