Dear friend Have gone through X-Ray and Other evaluations? As this is since 5 months and still giving you trouble, then you should contact your consultant for further evaluation by MRI and find out the cause. If there is annular tear or bulge, be cautious and get treatment in form of annulo- nucleoplasty if at all required??? Till then continue medical management as per advise.
