Do hot water fermentation twice a day
maintain proper posture and after reducing of pain do lower back strengthening exercises.
Use of diclofenac ointment before hot water fermentation will be helpfull in reducing pain and relaxing muscles.
If the pain does not reduces in 3 days then take ultrasound therapy for a week.
