My lower left back is paining alot. Not been able to bend also. Pain goes till knees. Whats the problem. Below is the attached xray of spine

Xray is not clear. Is there any history of lifting any heavy weight or Fall ? From your complains seems like low back pain with radiating pain. From what i can make out from your xray film, which again, is not very clear, there is loss of lumbar lordoses which is suggestive of muscle spasm.
Next Steps
you'll need to consult orthopedic surgeon for physical examination and prescription for medications. till that time take bed rest.
