It's due to muscular problem. Either non-symmetrical activation or any particular muscle weakness/tightness. There is missing details on your spine curvature, pelvic tilt, body built, etc. Performing general exercise of back pain won't help yu for long term.
Next Steps
Visit Physiotherapist for complete assessment, specially postural and muscular performance.
Health Tips
Avoid painful movement and take support to get up and down till you visit to doctor. Physiotherapist will guide yu with exercises.

Tk rest. Tk muscle relaxant medicine. Do hot fermentation with rest time . Apply volini gel. Do spine stretching exercises. If it work then OK otherwise x-ray and physiotherapy treatment must. Posture correction must. Avoid long sitting and towards bending.

Your back pain is purely due to muscle imbalance and tight muscles. Which is mostly observed with postural changes. You should do a few stretching routines for your hamstring and gluteus muscles. With that work on your transverse abdominis muscle for coar strength. And you will be fine
