I have a lower back injury a few years back due to a fall from a bike. Recently the problem recurred where I had a spasm and found it very difficult to walk or move. Right side of my back has been stiff and paining ever since. Numbness and pain in my legs, from hips to feet. I am also experiencing pain in my right testicle and numbness in the right thigh and groin area.

Pain in the back with radiation to the right l lower limb indicates compression of nerves in the lower back. That can arise due to disc prolapse or inflammatory pathology in the lower back. I would suggest I do get the following blood tests done: CBC with ESR and CRP, vitamin D levels, HLA B27 uric acid and vitamin B12 levels. Also get an x-ray LS spine  AP and lateral views. Start anti infflamation medications and Tab pregalin X SR at  7:00 pm for the nerve pain. Revert back with investigations.
