Lower Back Pain Left side
Have lower back pain in the left side which is radiating a little towards the waist too. Pain relief spray aren't working. I had to take a medicine for gas for it to subside. Experiencing a bit of constipation too.
It may be due to renal calculi ( kidney stone) with infection

You have trouble with digestion. As you mentioned it is because of gas which is the product of improper digestion.
Eat lite food, fiber rich food. Take pleanty of water but not while eating.
Take soups added with pepper at evening. Avoid tea/coffee.
