Lower back pain (left sciatica)

I have been feeling lower back pain for almost 2 months now. unable to walk for long duration. all symptoms point to sciatica nerve irritation.

try pain relief exercises https://youtu.be/r9Asb-tlh08 if u feel good then continue. if pain not decreased get Mri of me spine done.
