I having problem of Back Pain usually when I am doing walking or any exercises. At lower back vertebrates stretching to become in pain while walking on ground or doing exercises.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
