Take Ultrasound therapy and IFT for a week, can also apply hot water fermentation at home twice a day. If possible visit nearest physiotherapy center and ask them for IFT+US for a week. Exercise's to reduce LBA 1. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7. Piriformis stretch

Hello sir, firstly u correct ur posture and take a heating pad for 10-15 mint. Might be chances your back muscles are stiff due to winter . So relaxed your muscles with heating pad and some lower limb streching. U feel better

It could be mechanical back pain mainly because of your work schedule.
Next Steps
You should take break in your work every after 45 mins. Maintain good and supported posture while working. In the break time do some back stretches for hamstring, piriformis, back rotators muscle. At home hot foamentation (10min) and core strengthening exercises such as abdominal tuck in and bridging will relieve your pain.
