I am having lower back pain after prolonged sitting on chair. Please prescribe treatment. Thank you in advance.

Immediately start getting up your chair every 25 min for 5 min. Do stretching, go to toilet, have some tea coffee etc

Does the pain hoes down in legs. Lower back pain on prolonged sitting is a pathognomonic of discogenic back pain which occurs due to weak disc in ur lower back. It's an indicator of future slip disc which should be prevented

Localized back pain on prolonged sitting is mechanical, good regular physio will help you, also watch your posture on sitting

Proper posture (no forward bending). Not to sit for prolonged periods. No lifting of NY heavy weight.  Start Backstrentheing exercises. Hot water fomenation. Analgesic gel application locally. Get vitamin D and B12 LEVELS CHECKED. IF NO IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT ORTHOPEDICIAN FOR FURTHER EVALUATION AND TREATMENT
