Hi my wife seems to be having a lower back pain affecting her right leg mobility, She says the pain starts from the feet up to her lower back. I can see a slight bulge, we are worried if it's a serious condition, she is unable to sleep sit walk or do anything when she is in pain. Please advise which specialist should I reach out to or what maybe the cause.

Hello sir,      You should be meeting an Ortho surgeon for this problem. It could be 2 possibilities, one is lower back nerve root compression leading to pain or other is vascular compromise leading to pain. Symptoms you're saying are more pertaining to vascular compromise. You need thorough evaluation of this so meet orthopaedic surgeon ASAP.
Next Steps
As of now you can use this tablet for mild relief - Tab Pregabalin 75 mg to be taken at bedtime.
Health Tips

• Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Visit an orthopaedic surgeon for proper evaluation. It can be due to nerve compression at the back region.
