Lower back pain

Hi Dr. I am suffering from lower back pain due to long working hours in front of laptop. How can I treat it ?

Proper posture. General conditioning excercises like walking,cycling and yoga. Strengthening excercises for lower back Modifications at working place Avoid laptops use desktop instead. Monitor should be at least at the level of eyes and keyboard should be at least at the level of hands. Back should be supported by chair ,no gap between chair and ur back. Put a step beneath your feet while working on computers. Take short frequent breaks ( 5minutes)after every 30/40 minutes of sitting  do stretching/ walking  during this period before  resuming work
