Hi Doctor. I am getting continuous lower back pain from last 4 days. I am unable to sit, walk, and stand. What is the issue?

History of lifting weights or any strenuous activity ? Or back spasm due to abnormal posture

Hello. Start with bed rest in bed for next 2-3 days. Lying in bed for 23/24 hrs, allowing your back to heal, If pain is unbearable, you can take over the counter pain killer. Keep a watch on pain radiating to your buttocks or leg.
