Lower back pain

Hi, Since i woke up today, i have lower back pain which is running in my legs as well. I had minor disk protrusion 4 years ago. Since then i keep getting these pains every 6 months. What medicine should i take Thanks Aarsh

Adarsh, as u r having intermittent back pains radiating to your legs , and u keep getting this every 6 months; better to get urself examined for any sign of neural compression. Currently any combination of pain meds and muscle relaxant will work along with correction and maintenance of posture issues, hot fomentation, local gels.

Get an MRI scan as soon as possible and discuss with a spinal orthopaedic surgeon .take paracetamol 500 mg 3 times a day after food
