Physiotherapy treatment best option for few days. Posture correction must. Avoid long standing, sitting and toward bending.

In my opinion 1st u need to do few blood test like calcium , vitamin d , vitamin b 12, uric acid.. so that an exact picture can come out...lower back pain can also occur due to the deficiency of these component in the blood... if this is so then you need to take supplements which have no side effects... till then u need to visit a physiotherapist near you for treatment sessions...and till pain is there no need to do exercises...if you have a muscular problem then you can opt for a new technique known as dry needling which is done intramuscularly for having better results...for more details you can consult me in personal...get well soon take care...

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Most probable reason of lower back pain is spine disc herniation. Especially if the pain radiates to the leg and travels through buttock...If you have also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, kidney infection can give back pain as well...For spine diagnostics, MRI is necessary...Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.

If it is from two years, then must be doing some exercises which are not recommended or doing in wrong posture. you need to check out with some physiotherapist.

What exercises have you been doing? If you were doing the right exercises then the pain would have got better. Start doing core stability exercises with the right technique. Do posture correction exercises. Stretching exercises for mid back, lower back, hamstrings, glutei, piriformis and hip flexors. Also, some mobility exercises for the mid back will help you. Do the exercises under professional supervision so that wrong techniques can be corrected. Kind Regards, Dr. Kshama Dhawan, Shah Polyclinic
