Lower Back pain

From several days when I wake up every morning , I've been suffering from lower back pain for about half hour ...i tried moov spray and ice on it but it haven't worked..please suggest me any treatment for it ..

You mention that the pain is in the morning when you get up and lasts for half an hour You did not mention any history of trauma or lifting weights no radiation to limbs Looks like the pain may be due to the type of bed and the posture Try to sleep on flat bed and take pain killers if it does not settle you may need to be examined physical Lt and may need some tests to be done
