Pain is not due to disc desiccation in toto. Postural issues , weak muscles , vit d deficiency are the main issues to rectify.
Next Steps
Check Blood vit d level, analgesics, change posture , physiotherapy will be helpful.

Hello Low back pain in young is quite common nowadays. It’s because of bad posture and long sitting hours. This cause you disc in your back to loose its normal texture of being soft to hard and to break also known as desiccation. Second stage involves slipping of this disc leading to scistica if bad posture or active life style is not achieved. Change in habits helps a lot Avoiding forward bending, long sitting, low sitting, and slouching Good physio strengthening your back and core muscle. Daily walking. And office ergonomics.
