I am getting lower back pain for the past 11 months. Last month i took MRI scan of lumbar spine. Scan findings says - Sacralisation of L5 vertebral body. Disc desiccation, mild disc bulge seen involving L4 -5 causing thecal sac impingement. I took rest for 2 months but the pain hasn't reduced. I am even doing exercises. Please suggest me what has to be done.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Looks Like a degenerative disc disease. You need an aggressive exercises to start up including swimming or yoga or workout if possible to strengthen your back.
