Lower back pain and rigid lower back

I have  back pain and rigid back from 9 April is not fully cured but is reduced.I assisted a Orthopedic doctor but now I am not under any medication.Pain starts on bending my back forward and backward.I cannot hold heavy weights.I do regular exercise like cobra stretch.Pain started while playing volleyball ball hit my neck and I heard a crack sound in my lower back.Mri reports were position no any injury or cracked bone.I cannot sit for long time without a lumbar support belt.Sometimes pain starts for a few mins in head and leg.

You are in choric pain, for now I would suggest not to go for exercise rather first stopping then pain, for that you can use belt regularly, have protein diet, be care fully about your posture, also you can visit physiotherapy clinic for therapeutic modalities, that will help you with pain reduction, after that go for exercises, don't do exercise if you pain increases, also have vitamin d3, and try to relax , as stress also increases the pain perception.
