There may be a chance if some sparin or some thing over there....as ur age is 27 there may be not a big issue of something related to bone....i may be a mascular pain...but i will advise to avoid any excerise even without weight for some around 15 to 20 days..and have these medicines u will feel relief....
I would like to advise to not to take any pain killer because u knw pain killer gives u temporary relief from pain and its block the pain signal from brain so person feels relax and do the movements of that part and in muscular pain or sprain the main treatment is that to give rest to that part otherwise damage will increase over there...so its nly damage that part and problem increases....

And make an habit after ecxerise dont directly take steam first masaage ur body with oil and after 10 mins take steam because if u directly take steam or bath then it will harm u in ur future....
And one thing is that whenever u lift weight always bend ur knee and then nly lift weigh because without bending ur knees the pressure directly comes on ur lower back and in future u will have problems of slip disc n all...so be carefull do exercise on daily basisi but avoid to lift heavy weights....
and one thing in Ayurveda i want to tell u they have mentioned to do excerise half of ur stamina in summer....
