Lower back and hand pain

My mother has heavy pain in her lower back and hand. This pain is unbearable in the morning. We have some MRI reports with us but all the doctors suggest to lose weight on to do exercise, but these ideas doesn't work. Please suggest me what to do.

Sir. ..She will be completely alright after working on her some muscles of buttocks upper back and abdomen to release pressure of nerves ,arteries and veins ..Which will further nourish her neuro myoskeletal structures.. Weight reduction is not at all soultions sir nd at the same time it's not a day work ...So she will be alright .. One more things as I cud understood about her hand pain it becz of tightening of neck and shoulder girdle muscles which compressing the cervical nerves ... So that will also be managed within 15_20 days in total Regards
