You as a female need 2200kcal/ day energy RDI. now you take 300gm carbs like cereals, pulses, grains mostly rich in fibres.Take 60gm curd daily with all good quality animal protein products.add pulses,always like khicdi, 300gm tot.vegetables servings. Dry fruits,nuts,almond,some cream based like cream paneer,pastries, little chocolate, ice cream u can. Add ghee or butter with your staple meals.take plenty of vegetables, fruits mainly good quality 100gm banana. 2pcs,egg,pasta,oat,brown breads ,whole wheat prepared foods always recommend. Sleep 8 - 9 hours. Menstrual normal.take max iron,CA,folic acid all minerals necessary. Thanks
