My father recently took a basic health checkup because he was feeling tired and low on energy. His result for Vitamin D came very low i.e., 10.52. The normal range for Vitamin D is 30-100. Can you suggest some vitamin d tablet for him. He had history of kidney Stones

Drink lot of water so he should not continue kidney stone. Fruit to have on daily basis. Egg to have twice week. Juice every day in the Evening to have with nuts . Smoothiee to have in the morning breakfast. Detox water to drink early morning on empty stomach
