Hi Doc, how can I reverse my low vit D levels naturally...can I take moringa capsules or if there are any other remedies to increase my vit D levels naturally...

Sun bath early morning Start calcium contained food or medicine Asthi poshak tablet 2-2-2 tid after food Kukutanda bhasam + Asthiposhaka churan + Dhatu poshak churan 15grm-0-15grm with milk after food
