I was diagnosed by hypertension and at border of diabetes 2 years before.this pulled me into anxiety Depression. Though I was able to stabilize my self and taking care of not having diabetes, the self confidence has not been revived. For doing small things also I am getting fear, negative thoughts and unable to take major steps of life. Unable to grow in career, everytime under fear ..though I try to avoid and able to avoid stress.. But some or other way it's coming back and staying in me.. How to get my self confidence back.. How to stop negative thinking.. How to become fearless for things which I shouldn't..
