You need not worry about your platelet counts. They are pretty normal. Instead add Green leafy vegetables in your diet and some dry fruits like dates since your Haemoglobin is slightly on the lower level. You don’t need any medications as of now

It is low platelet count but this could be physiological variation as body compensate it by increasing platelet size and volume. You can see your MPV is 14.3. By increasing platelet volume body is compensating for low count. It doesn't need any treatment.  Platelet count is not dangerous until it comes with any symptom or showing any other abnormality as detected by doctor. Consult if your platelet count is as low as below 1 lakh. Then will need to investigate different types of thrombocytopenia.
