I have been feeling dizzy from last 3 days with kind of weakness in body. No fever, or any other symptoms. Whenever I get up from bed I feel dizzy most of the time in the recent days and while going to bathroom too. I'm a female aged 24 years. A month back due to fever I was diagnosed with low hemoglobin which was 8.6 but as of now it is 9.6 .
