Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hey hi As all the blood cells are less, this indicates pancytopenia. Which need proper history and examination to find the cause. And as MCV and MCH are raised that means there is macrocytic anemia. Which further has may causes like B12 def, Folic acid def. As there is severe anemia , blood transfusion is indicated. Taking supplements to increase Hb will take months to build Hb. It is also important to increase platelets to avoid bleeding tendency. It is advised to see a specialist (Hematologist) to find the underlying cause. Which might need bone marrow examination etc. And looking at the age of the patient please consider consulting at earliest. And for mild  prostatomegaly though it is common in old age, consider consulting urologist for management. Hope this helps...
Next Steps
Consult- MD-GENERAL MEDICINE OR HEMATOLOGIST  AND GENERAL SURGEON OR UROLOGIST
