Low grade fever

I m suffering from low grade fevernor more than 99  from 5 months. All test are normal... ra factor hiv hepatitis CRP kft lft ; blood smear.. blood culture urine routine urine culture all are normal ctet of abdomen and x ray are normal. attaching my CBC report. But still hv a low grade fever all time feel feverish. I m too much worried. Many antibiotics courses hve done. I m too much stressed now
