Low grade fever for a month

My mother is having low grade fever for almost a month.. We did all tests blood, urine, malaria, abdomen ultrasound and all... There is only minor infection in blood but she has no other symptoms n reports are also normal.. I don't get the problem that why fever is not getting down.

Get the blood culture sensitivity test done or repeat it if had  done previously and use the medication as per the report . Look for any  weight loss and decreased appetite and consult
