Last one week feeling tiredness in the morning and evenings much more than usual. Checked my BP and it was 115-60.. the dyastolic was consistently low over 2-3 days when when systolic came up to 120 levels. Feeling mild light headedness as well. Is this a sign of some deficiency? My hb levels last checked 6 months ago was 13-15 range.
