I eat 3 times a day but still I'm underweight my weight is 50 kg height is 5 feet 7 inches according to bmi my weight should not be less than 54 kg also I feel my bones have become weak my free testosterone level is 28 pg/ml I also have a appointment to a orthopedic I'm also thinking to test my bone density what should I do to increase my weight

You are eating 3 times a day , but eating balanced diet is more important for weight gain.. so you should include good diet and drink plenty of fluids... avoid stress and tensions too...
