Low blood sugar non diabetic

Sir I am doing lot of exercise and eating not much, that's why I have low blood sugar, now I am eating much and eating banana an orange juice now I am ok, if not eating carbs I feel some weakness, and now I am eating banana and some protin, now i have a question can I do exercise?? And if u have any suggestions??

You are  23 years old.  If you don't do exercises at this age then when will you do exercises? Please try to be normal,  The way you framed your question,  it gives an impression that too much of Google search  is making you a Psychiatric case, Please be normal.

Exercise is necessary for everyone but it's should be according to your hight and weight and age . Physically and mentally health is necessary to fit for long time. So take consultation then do .

Drink plenty of water. Have a balanced diet. Eat everything but not in excess ok Continue your exercises. But start slow .... increase it day by day slowly. Slow and steady wins the race.
