Low blood pressure

I measured Blood pressure at home which is 86/56 .I am not feeling any headache .As it is very low could you please suggest me some remedies.

See, one time BP cannot be commented upon. If hpu do not have symptoms, we need to look for other clinical signs, like urine outpit, skin turgor, sweating etc. Daily BP charting to be done.

Persistently low BP can be an incipient sign. will need to investigate further. consult online.

As you are asymptomatic the BP reading may not be accurate if you have done it with an automatic machine.
