Check BP monitored with a mercury apparatus for the confirmation.. get your cbc tests done, drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy food.. consult online after getting the blood report

Get a CBC done as this might be due to Anemia. Also drink good fluids and stay hydrated. It is also advisable to do a Thyroid profile as well if you have any family history of it.

It is genrally low in  dehydration  drink lot of fluid Do u have loose stools Do u have weekness . Is your menstruation  cycle ok And many factors add on to it
