Low blood count, glucose pp on border

Hello, I am having twin pregnency 4 months completed. My heaemoglobin is 8 g/dl and glucose pp is also 138 mg/dl which is on border line. I am bit worried. What should I do to increase blood level and to control blood sugar level also ?

Please consult the Gynaecologist who is looking after you during your pregnancy. It can't be fixed by a single dose. You will have to consult your Gynaecologist periodically till your blood sugar and haemoglobin are controlled.

You need  to take  Iron supplements  regularly with  Iron rich diet. Sugars can be controlled  by Diabetic  diet at the moment. You need to recheck them aga after  3 weeks.

Be regular with the intake of iron supplements have a good iron rich diet the sugar levels seem to be normal
