Hi my blood count is always low as I have thalasemia minor and anemia I take Iron supplement also Is there any way I can increase blood count

You may require blood transfusion if your hb is very low.

Since you have thalasemia minor you will definitely have a slightly lower hemoglobin than normal. Before taking iron supplements better to test if you have iron deficiency. Also, how low is the hemoglobin?

Yeah . You should improve your diet . You should take Vitamin C and Vitamin B12 with iron supplement.
