Repetitive thinking could mean a lot of things...it could be a part of ruminations as is seen in some depressive states or could be a part of the picture of obsessive compulsive disorder..if it is causing you functional impairment, kindly consult a psychiatrist for detailed psychiatric evaluation so that your problem can be accurately diagnosed and treated..

U write ur own answer.Over mental pressure,, causes anger ,irritability, anxiety and it causes repetitive things. If this repetation increase to a larger range then it causes OCD. U have to handle ur over mental pressure. Devide ur work on parts and then do it. Work regular but take rest and take holidays also regularly. Try to accept the reality, some time to reach a big goal we miss the small Happy hours in life. Regular exercises release our anger and make us calm from inside. Share ur thoughts witg ur parents and friends and feel free and make free ur mind.
Next Steps
So the above instructions in a consistent manner,it takes time but it give sure results. If u cant do it alone then consult psychologist online and take external help.
