I can understand the difficulty that you are currently facing in your life right now . Feeling low , losing interest in day to day activities , sleep and eating patterns being disturbed can all be signs of some underlying mental health issue which is hampering your life . It seems that some stressful event might have triggered these unhealthy behaviours . You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation to calm your mind and it might help reduce the anger , try and maintain a thought diary and write down all the situtations which are disturbing and try and write a rational response for the same rather than an emotional one . Try and engage yourself in activities as isolating yourself can make the situation more difficult . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment and also to learn healthy and positive coping skills for your issues .
