I have lost my appetite and I can't get out of my bed. I feel cold even when it's really hot outside. I feel dizzy every time I get up and walking feels like a task. I am nauseous sometimes. There's a constant bitter taste in my mouth and I can't stop feeling thirsty. My head is constantly heavy and i have not been able to sleep for the past three days. What can it possibly be and how to get rid of it?

Hot coffee. Hot bath.   Emset 4 md one to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly nothing by mouth till 30 minutes once for nausea. Tab clonazepalm 0.5 mg one at night for ten days. Sitaram in sunlight.
