I am doing gym I lose 0.4 (93.200-92.800=0.4) My question are 2 1.Is it gram I want to be sure 2.Is it normal weight lose or not

It is 400 gm weight loss of your body weight. You should burn double the calories that you eat then only it will give expected results. Along with gym you plan for diet. Drink plenty of fluids, take salads, fruits daily in diet. Avoid outside food, oily, junk food, cold drinks, bakery items etc.
