Hello,hypothyroidism is one of the cause for weight gain ,you must take regular medicines to get harmones under control , have more of fruits and vegetables like beans ,carrots , green leaf , drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries.
