My son in us 7 year old and his front teeth is moving. we told him to move it daily so that it can fall off but today I saw bump on his gum.please advise

see mam first of all as you can see there is a swelling around the tooth so first of all you need to get a consultation done along with the x ray of that tooth . a proper xray can tell us about the extent of infection so its better to consult with any dentist near you or you can contact us

Hii..He is having infection in the root of his front milk teeth... it's the right age to fall off the teeth... But you should go to the dentist for extraction of this teeth.. because of this infection will not be removed, that can damage permanent teeth...
